Hi there!

My name is Ceri and welcome to my Blog where I share with you the ins and outs of my journey on taking care of my own wellbeing and also sharing with you some tips along the way on how to take care of your own wellbeing, heath and organisation.

This may be a random triangle of subjects to be writing about, but for me they go hand in hand to achieving the most and staying productive all whilst staying happy!

Health and wellbeing are almost 2 of the same, you cant have one without the other. You nourish and feed your body through eating the right diet and exercise and in turn you feel better within yourself! However I'll be talking more about the mental aspect and learning to love and be happy in ones self in order to be grateful for everything in your life.

Where does the organisation come in? It's not that weird to think about really when you hear that a clear space makes for a clear mind!
This is something I 100% believe in. Often times when you have so much whizzing on around in your mind, you feel lost with no sense of direction.
Once you organise your thoughts down to paper you can then prioritise and focus on what you want to do. Same with your physical space.
Gone are my days where I wing it and procrastinate. I want results and I do this by organisation.

Clear mind, organised space, tracking the finances, planning the meals and exercise, this is how I'm finally finding the balance to my life in the middle of the chaos of day to day life, working full time and being a single parent to my daughter, Jodie!
