Around this time last year I started to really think about what I wanted not only from the year of 2018, but I also wanted to put in focus on what I wanted to achieve in my last year in my 20's!
So this prompted me to make a 30 before 30 bucket list!
I wanted to challenge myself to see what I can do, to see if I could multi-plan, and how much I would be able to cross off and that I could actual say "I did it!". Because at the end of the day, that is what it is all about. To be able to finally say that I have done this, that and the other. To finally put my life into action outside of working 40 hours a week with not much to show for it!
The whole point of my bucket list was to give myself a kick up the bum. Life was getting stagnant with no excitement, nothing to look forward to, and constantly dreaming of a better life, but never taking action on any of my dreams.
This is also part of the reason why I have my blog, because I want to share my own experiences but hopefully to also inspire you to take action on your own life and that you can do anything and everything you want to do because there are absolutely no limits!
So with all that said, this is what I came up with, baring in mind I had to make them all achievable in a time frame of a year! 365 days, Starting from my birthday which is April 21st.
I still need to remind myself at times of what it was I've actually put on my bucketlist, but reading through it now, I'm actually pretty happy with how I've done thus far! (I will have another picture to show what has been crossed off below)
But I also feel now I've refreshed my memory, I want to get to work on how I can cross off the rest of my items!
As of today, I've crossed off 11 items on my bucket list out of 30! I'm not going to lie but I'm rather impressed with myself. I do wanna state though that the Skydive at #2 has been in the works for so many months and has been cancelled 3 times due to poor weather. However the next date IS booked and I'm praying that I'll be able to cross that one off soon!
Actually seeing the results of all the work, planning and saving money, it makes me quite proud of myself and its also proof to myself and hopefully you that when you put in the hard work and determination, you can absolutely do anything you want in life!
I still have just under 3 months to complete as much as I can from my list, but even if I don't manage to cross off everything, I'll still carry on to cross them off until each one is done, and then make a whole new Bucket List!
Right now though I'm feeling motivated and ready to start planning towards completing the rest of my bucket list!
Have you ever completed your own bucket list of any kind? I'd love to know what your favourite achievement have been.
Until next time, Stay kind and Be Beautiful
