1. Bumping into an old School friend! I hadn't seen her for years but we had a quick catch up when she popped into my work. She just so happened to be getting married the following day and was having her reception at my workplace. I was lucky enough to see her the day of her wedding and quickly say hi and to congratulate her. She looked absolutely stunning and wish her the best in her marriage and future!
2. I attended Wales Comic Con in Wrexham. This is the highlight of my weekend, it was so good. I'm not going to say too much as I will put a full post up about the day this week so keep an eye out!
3. Having one of my favourite actors at comic con said he loved me! Even though it was a generic "I love you" I'm still making it count! It was more of me yelling as I saw him on the balcony wishing him a good evening and I Blurted "I love You" and he replied "I love you too!". Just such a happy moment, like who wouldn't like to be told they were loved by an actor they look up to?!
4. The happiness I brought to my mam and Step dad. As a Christmas gift this year I bought them both entry tickets to comic con and also paid for a photo opportunity each for them with a guest of their choice. They were both so incredibly happy with how the day turned out. My mam was still reeling the next day from it all. I'm so glad they enjoyed it and I don't think a generic gift would have brought them as much joy as meeting some of their favourite stars has.
5. Sunday night Christmas meal! A friend of mine organised for a group of close friends to get together to have our own Christmas meal which I thought was a really lovely idea as we've never really met up over Christmas before. Even though not everyone was able to attend, it was still a fun night and we even did a secret santa. I won myself a pair of racing reindeer, and yes I raced them on the table!
